- Wear comfortable clothes and practice on a relatively empty stomach. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or beach towel (some yoga mats are available).

- This open flow yoga class is for people who are not very flexible but would like to do yoga.
- Yoga alleviates stress, aids in the healing of the body and the mind, and helps us reclaim our general sense of well being.
