WE will come out to YOU to teach.
A private 1-on1 class is $45 and a group class at your site is $100.

- WE ARE PLANNING A TRIP TO YOGAVILLE, VA in the Fall of 2009. CHECK OUT THEIR WEBSITE YOGAVILLE- AND SEE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO JOIN US.
WE'LL TRAVEL TOGETHER, AND AT THE SATCHIDANANDA ASHRAM WE CAN TAKE SOME YOGA CLASSES AND WORK ON OUR MEDITATION PRACTICE.

- Wear comfortable clothes and practice on a relatively empty stomach. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or beach towel (some yoga mats are available).

- This open flow yoga class is for people who are not very flexible but would like to do yoga.
- Yoga alleviates stress, aids in the healing of the body and the mind, and helps us reclaim our general sense of well being.

- I am a member of the Yoga Alliance, International Association of Yoga Therapists and the .Integral Yoga Teacher Association.
