TO INTENSIFY THE ACTION OF THIS POSE INTERLOCK YOUR FINGERS AND PRESS YOUR ARMS FIRMLY INTO THE FLOOR TO HELP YOU LIFT THE CHEST. BEGINNERS, HOLD FOR 5 TO 8 BREATHS; INTERMEDIATES, FOR 10 TO 15.
